The venue
Schloss Freudenstein sits in Appiano on the South Tyrolean Wine Road. An incredibly beautiful castle where you can still feel the stories that have unfolded within its walls. Even its name promises joy – “Freude” is German for joy – and a place could hardly be more fitting for a wedding.
What impressed me most is how carefully the castle has been modernized: glass doors and electricity were added without taking away any of its charm. The food is exquisite, and everything is designed with great care. On top of that, there's a private helipad, a golf course and a pool that's heated year-round.

My styling tip
The light in the rooms is perfectly sufficient for your styling. If we start very early in the morning, I bring extra lighting – you don't need to worry about it.
Planning
Good to know for your wedding in South Tyrol
Arrival the day before. I arrive the day before your wedding, so I'm rested and on time for you in the morning.
Accommodation nearby. You take care of my accommodation, ideally no more than ten minutes from the venue, so no time is lost in the morning.
Trial. If you live within about three hours of Baden, your trial takes place at my salon. If you live farther away, we discuss your look by video and do the trial on site the day before the wedding.
Your quote. For destination weddings, I put together a personal quote for you, including travel costs.
